सफलता व असफलता :- मैंने अपने अब तक के 17-18 वर्षो मे एक एप्रूवड सर्वेयर के तौर पर साधारण बीमा व्यवसाय मे कार्य करने के दौरान अनुभव किया है। बीमा एप्रूवड सर्वेयर प्रोफैशन मे अधिकांश साधारण बीमा कंपनी से ज्यादा सर्वे संबंधित कार्य लेने के लिए, यदि आप बीमा कंपनी प्रतिनिधियों के प्रति चापलूसी का अच्छा गुण रखते है, यदि आप अपने नुकसान आकलन व अनुशंसा कार्य मे बीमा कंपनी के फायदे के नजरिए में झुकाव रखते है, यदि आप बीमा कंपनी आफिस प्रतिनिधियों के एक अच्छे instructions follower बनने का गुण रखते है, यदि आप बीमा कंपनी आफिस प्रतिनिधियों के लिए regular सेवा भाव रखते है, तो हो सकता है कि आप को अधिकांश साधारण बीमा कंपनी के अधिकांश प्रतिनिधि आपको बहुत ज्यादा सर्वे संबंधित कार्य दे। अधिकांश बीमा कंपनी प्रतिनिधि आपको पसंद करेगें। आप इस प्रोफैशन से अधिकाधिक धन कमा सके। लेकिन यदि आप एक एप्रूवड सर्वेयर के तौर पर संबंधित बीमा विषय का अच्छा या बहुत अच्छा ज्ञान रखते है, आप ईमानदार है, ईमानदारी, निष्पक्षता व संबंधित बीमा विशेषज्ञता से सर्वे संबंधित कार्य करते है। अपने सर्वे संबंधित कार्य नुकसान आकलन कार्य व अनुशंसा कार्य मे बीमा नियमों का सर्वेयर रेगुलेशन 2015-20 का अधिकाधिक पालन करते है। तो हो सकता है कि हमारे देश की अधिकांश बीमा कंपनी के अधिकांश बीमा प्रतिनिधि आपको सर्वे संबंधित कार्य न दे या बहुत कम मात्रा मे दे। हो सकता है आप यहाँ इस प्रोफैशन से बहुत कम अर्जन कर पाये। यहां पर ईमानदारी, निष्पक्षता, संबंधित बीमा विशेषज्ञता, सही बीमा नियमों पर चलना व पालन करना, बीमा कंपनी से सर्वे संबंधित कार्य लेने मे एक बहुत बड़ी मुश्किल पैदा करते है। अधिकांश साधारण बीमा कंपनी मे बहुत कम लोग है, जो इन गुणों को पसंद करते है। ऐसा मेरा अनुभव रहा है। हो सकता है इस विषय मे और लोग मुझसे इत्तेफाक न रखते हो, सबकी अपनी अपनी सोच व अपना अपना मानना है। हो सकता है मै इस सोच मे गलत हूँ, लेकिन मेरा अपने अनुभव से बिलकुल यही मानना है। अशोक कुमार सिंह, ग्रेटर नोएडा, उत्तर प्रदेश। 26/06/2021।

Preliminary These guidelines set out the detailed procedure for practical training for obtaining fresh / renewal licence to act as a surveyor and loss assessor. These guidelines are being issued in terms of Sec.14 of IRDAI Act, 1999 and in terms of Regulation 28 of Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors) Regulations, 2015 and amendments thereof. II. Fresh Applicants (applying for Surveyor and Loss Assessor Licence for the first time) 1. The Applicants shall complete the prescribed practical training for obtaining fresh License to act as Insurance Surveyor and Loss Assessor after having fulfilled the following: a. The applicant must comply with the qualification criteria set out in the schedule 1 of the Regulations, 2020. b. Shall enroll with IRDAI for the written examination with Insurance Institute of India and qualify in the examination. c. The applicant should enroll himself / herself as Student Member with IIISLA. 2. The Student Member enrolled with the Authority shall pass the examination and complete training within a period of three years from the date of enrolment. 3. The applicant shall then undergo practical training either a) for 2 months with Insurance Institute of India / National Insurance Academy / any other institution approved by the IRDAI from time to time (Or) b) through internship for 6 months with any Insurance Surveyor and Loss assessor who has at least 8 years’ experience in the concerned department. 4. The approved Institute / insurance Surveyor and Loss Assessor shall give “Training evaluation cum completion certificate” to the successful candidates. 5. The student member shall submit the “Training evaluation cum completion certificate” to IRDAI for issue of licence. III. Insurance Surveyor and Loss Assessor seeking licence in additional departments: 1. The Applicants shall complete the prescribed practical training for obtaining license in each of the additional departments, after having fulfilled the following: a. The applicant must comply with the qualification criteria set out in the schedule 1 of the Regulations, 2020. b. Shall enroll with IRDAI for the written examination with Insurance Institute of India and qualify in the examination 2. The applicant shall then undergo practical training either, (a). for 2 weeks with Insurance Institute of India / National Insurance Academy / any other institution approved by the Authority from time to time (Or) (b). through internship for 8 weeks for each department with any Insurance Surveyor and Loss Assessor who has at least 8 years’ experience in the concerned department. 3. Preliminary: 1. These guidelines set out the procedure for obtaining fresh license or renewal of licence to act as a surveyor and loss assessor. 2. The guidelines are being issued under Sec.14 of the IRDAI Act,1999 and in terms of Regulations 28 of Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors) Regulations, 2015. II . Licensing Procedure: 1. Registration: the applicants are required to register with the IRDAI portal viz. www.irda.bap.org.in and obtain a user ID. Applicants are requested to ensure that correct E-Mail ID and mobile number are provided. 2. Submission of application: The applicants shall submit the prescribed forms available in the IRDAI Portal duly filled in all aspects along with all necessary documents through the portal. While uploading the documents, applicants shall ensure that the same are legible. Illegible documents shall be rejected. The applicant shall upload the documents online but shall maintain the original physical copies of all the relevant certificates with him throughout the period of validity of licence issued by Authority and shall produce the same whenever sought by Authority. BillDesk: i. Net Banking b. PayGov i. Net Banking ii. Credit Card iii. Debit Card iv. UPI v. Wallet ii) The fee paid is non-refundable. III. Fit and Proper Criteria: “Fit and Proper” criteria refers to the criteria for determining the suitability of an Applicant, whether individual or corporate including Directors or Partners, and their employees (in case of Corporates) for grant of fresh license / renewal of license are persons of integrity, having appropriate skills and experience. For the purpose of determining whether an applicant / surveyor is a ‘Fit and Proper Person’, the following shall be considered- a) Financial integrity; b) Absence of convictions or civil liabilities involving moral turpitude; c) Appropriate competence, experience and qualification; d) Good reputation and character; e) Efficiency and honesty; f) Absence of any disqualification to act as ‘intermediary or insurance intermediary’ as stipulated in Section 42D of the Insurance Act, 1938 The applicants shall furnish a declaration cum undertaking in the prescribed form IRDAI AF 20 to determine the ‘fit and proper’ status. IV. Issuance of Licence On completion of the procedure stated in II and III above, the licence will be issued and mailed to the registered E-Mail ID. V. Issuance of Licence The existing forms available on the IRDAI Portal www.irda.bap.org.in, as are relevant, shall continue to be utilized till such time the revised forms are implemented on the Portal. Motor package insurance policy is a contract of indemnity. Standard Motor package policy has no word as consumables. And there is no definition of consumable in standard Motor package policy. Principle of indemnity:- """The object of the principle is to place the insured after a loss in the same financial position as far as possible, as he occupied immediately before the loss"""".

बहुत ही सरल शब्दों मे कहूँ तो standard Motor package policy मे consumable नाम का कोई शब्द नहीं है। standard Motor package policy मे कहीं पर भी इसके बारे मे नहीं लिखा गया है। न ही standard Motor package policy मे इस consumable शब्द की कही पर परिभाषा दी गयी है। Standard Motor package policy एक indemnity का बीमा पालिसी अनुबंध होता है। मतलब बीमा पालिसी अनुबंध मे तैय risk coverage के अंतर्गत गाड़ी मे दुर्घटना नुकसान होने पर, principle of indemnity के अनुसार, दुर्घटना से एकदम पहले जैसी यथा संभव स्थिति मे लाने के लिए जो धन खर्च होगा, उस खर्च को बीमा पालिसी अनुबंध की terms and conditions के अनुसार बीमा कंपनी को वहन करना होगा।

Sir my trainee surveyor application was approved in 2018 and completed my training in motor, engineering and fire department. Last march 2021 I qualified the surveyor exam in motor and compulsory paper but iiisla is refusing to approve my membership because my qualification is b tech in civil engineering should they right or wrong please reply

@@motorinsuranceclaimspracti4142 No sir but irdai approved my application in motor department along with engineering and fire and in iii website when I using my trainee I'd for exam all 3 branches were showing and I qualified the exam also but now they are refusing so why irdai had approve the motor sir at the time of training

@@madhumangalbagarty7860 According to me, Firstly it the mistake from irdai and from candidate side. Irdai should have check properly the eligible qualification of an applicant at the time of Surveyor training enrollment. And a candidate should have apply as per eligible qualification criteria in Surveyor Regulations 2015. This is a mistake of system.

Aap ak video ye content par banaye ki training karte samay agar kissi bhi trainer surveyor ki death ho jati hai to wo students apni training ko transfer kaise karwaye kyu ki bahut se students k sath aisa hota h or koi guidence na mill pane k karan kuch time loss ho jati hai..
