This decision of physical appearance in OROP agitation is purely indicating partiality because many ex-servicemen are giving their full support to OROP agitation in other way too without being their physical appearance on the ground. Also many are residing abroad, many are not able to make to the site due to their health issues and many more etc. If it's true then MSP also to be given to those farmers who are physically part of agitation. There are many other examples of agitation in our country which we are aware of.They know FAUZI can be suppressed like this but one must be clear that their indirect contribution counts a lot, I need not to explain further.

This order is foolish ess of the Govt. Supreme court ruling ig binding on all lower case.A retiree who is deprived of this benefit can file case in any lower court and the court has no option other than to allow the benefit. This will only result in number of unnessessary cases in court. Every eligible person will get the benefit without going to Supreme Court. This is only a hrassment to the retiree by the Govt. Ex-Sgt. IAF

Where were CAG's Office all these times : - a). When as per V th Pay Commission Increment was given/allowed to be drawn as per the Employees Incremental Month of Salary. b). As per VI th Pay Commission only One Increment was allowed on 1st July, to all working Employees. There after, it was decided to give One Additional Increment to the Employees whose increment were falling between the Month of February to June of the Employee. c). Now, as per VII th CPC there are Two Increment Dates 1 January and 1st July and it is admissible to the Employees. Whether CAG's Office was sleeping during all these Central Pay Commissions passed ?????
