I use the app Keep Me Out bc i alwaysss end up procrastinating on my phone - it locks you out for whatever period of time you want and doesnt open until the times up. its helped me SO much bc sometimes i just cant seem to put down my phone and pull out my work, so locking myself out gets rid of the temptation to peek at your notifications while working

Instead of forest, use flora it’s free but I personally use the app called Pops just because it incentivizes me with points and the characters are cute! And it actually makes you lose points right when you open your phone or end your session

A really good app for school is ‘Flipd’, it basically locks social media apps for a set amount of time, its amazing for me.. I procrastinate so much and end up going on instagram or snapchat instead of studying!
