I only play third person open world story mode games and RDR2 & TW3, AC odyssey & origins, GOT, yakuza games are some of my all time favourites. I’ve literally played all the open world games I can think of expect the soulslike games because that’s not my style. AC shadows will be here soon can’t wait for that but I also hope we get some new open world games soon. I have nothing to play right now lol. Crimson dessert & wolverine look good as well. 2025 should have some good releases hopefully but I hate waiting :(

Did you not know that Squadron 42 is in the polish phase, and has been so since some time in 2023? That normally takes between a year and two years, so I think we can be pretty sure it will be out end of this year, or more likely, some time in 2025.

@@arkke7465 You don't know what a scam is. Courts have already looked at this. It's not a scam. Watch the 2014 CitizenCon Demo. The game as a Freelance clone was nearly done. But, the backers wanted more. Every single backer? No. But of the people who voted, and most did, the message was clear. People wanted more, and they wanted it to be epic. That survey in 2015 changed everything. Because of this, some of the Early Backers sought, and received refunds. Those who are backers now, understand what they backed, and we are getting it. Everything made prior to 2015 had to be redone. CiG has had to create entirely new tech to create this vision. We asked for real planets and moons. CiG told us in the big thread about this on the forums, that they couldn't do that. People refused to hear it. That's when the survey came out. I know, I was the one who started the thread, after seeing the Demo at CitizenCon 2014. I know it's cool and edgy to claim it's a scam, but it's not. People have never been able to be in on the ground floor, from the beginning of a project, and then play it as an Alpha. Can you imagine if RDR2 had to be created in the same manner of crowd funding and allowing people to play the Alpha? RDR2 took 10 years. The present iteration of Star Citizen began in 2015. That's 9 years. Again, everything made prior to 2015 has been remade. Literally look even for the hangar reviews of the ships prior to 2015 compared to today. Every one of them has been redone, and some drastically remodeled. EVERYTHING changed. And you may not like this, but we play the game every day. Is it feature complete? Squadron 42 is, but SC is not. That won't last long. Maybe you haven't been paying attention lately, but since the announcement last October, most of the team has now shifted to SC from SQ42, and many things have already been added, and the last half of this year is going to see even more added. Pyro and the jump gate is coming this year, and once the bugs are worked out, we will get more systems added. This will bring more Capital Ships. Expect more systems in 2025, and each update will likely add systems after that. Calling it a scam is so 2019.

I could care less about GTA VI. I want Rockstar to deliver on Red Dead Redemption 2 online. It would be great to have a real survival post-apocalyptic zombie game. Crafting, exploring, base building, hordes of creepy rotting walking corpses. None of the mutated or running stuff. Just classic zombies.
