Thank you so much for this information. I'm using this as a basis for an invoice system as well. So....for "Stocks Out", I would like to be able to select items from BOTH stores to add to the invoice. How is this done?

1st, ty for these easy to follow tutorials. I have successfully created my app. But I want to alter the process, and was hoping you can help point me in the right direction. Can I initiate a "Stocks In" based on a previous list? So, My rep will scan inventory as she grabs it. [ each item will be qty 1, but you may have the same item code scanned 2 times, so the stocks out should reflect Item code qty 2 ] these scan a in a "scan list" with date. I need to be able to take the "scanned items" and "add/create" a Stocks Out/Log with said list and the items totaled. PLEASE HELP.

let's say, for example, the initial stock has the same item but with a different BBD that I need to record in order to breakdown the expiry date

Its possible you have to create separate table for product expiry and link it to product

Hello In fact my question is not about this video, i just want to ask you about a particular fomula that may help me to calculate automatically the balance per each line, and keep records in order, and keep the result correct for each line even if i edit any of them. Thanks in advance

@@JoeTayactac ok, I'm trying to build a balance app, i have four main columns: [operation] [Receipt] [Payment] [Balance] I've done everything except the balance formula that i can't find a way to do, the balance will be calculated every time i add receipt or payment. I've tried a lot of formula including a spreadsheet formula, but the problem comes especially when i edit lines, in that case the balance formula starts making a calculation error.
