cant connect to printer , tried both Bluetooth & network , downloaded app , says error no app can handle url

This app is for Appsheet, you need to create a "Go to a website" action on APPSHEET first. please see detailed instructions here: sites.google.com/view/printappsheet/guide

Can i use this method and print if i use desktop version of appsheet on pc and connect printer by usb or Bluetooth ? I mean i want to print directly from chrome on pc to printer ?
