Any change to the sound under load? I wish APR made the same RS6/7 intake for the SQ7/8 as well as published more power data as opposed to just 12% increase in flow through the filter!

There’s a bit more whoosh noise, but it’s not overly noticeable. My wife hasn’t noticed. I think it’s tough because this vehicle has such effective sound isolation in the cabin.

Air Intake is always +2-5 HP tops. These are largely scams from the mod community. Just replace with a less restrictive air filter and you will get way more bang for buck. Increased air in doesn't matter if it can't get out, the actual value is removing restriction from the exhaust by replacing exhaust manifold, removing catalytic converter, and muffler (all of which create back pressure). The challenge is then you throw check engine light, and can't pass emissions.

Yep, we had a Dodge Durango previously, and wanted to keep the third row. Otherwise we would have gone RSQ8.

So you're telling me to change an oil filter on SQ7, you have to remove 80% of parts that was done here for an APR intake? Sheeesh. At that point I'd rather have the oil filter under the car. Great video BTW.
