78% of Americans don't own guns or are interested in them. Civilized people. We are all being terrorized by a minority. And those poor parents. A few days before Christmas, probably already bought some presents for their children. And their children are now dead. Great country we live in when no one has the balls to answer this problem. The whole world thinks we are crazy on this gun issue. No one rational could argue.

bettywetzel....... you have a large blind spot, as big as a target It is BOTH Unhappiness, emotional problems & neglect & mental illness are definitely present.... but when guns are way too easy to access...this happens... Over and over And then...... we invariably find out that the shooter has a 'history' of bad behavior threatening people previous gun use Antisocial behavior well known to the family .. and or the police years of sitting in his basement watching god knows what... Who is suppose to say something & step in ? Parents ? friends , who know ? School authorities? Youth protection ? Police ? the shooter is never !! found to be an otherwise fine young guy, with an otherwise happy life Often he ( usually ) has been mostly ignored, left to his own devices.......until one day...... Society doesn't need weapons of war war ....doesn't need weapons of war It is an indisputable fact that countries with stricter gun laws & regulations do NOT have these shootings happening.....
