Isnt it interesting that the pour creates its own personality? I did one after my friend died and it has a perfect red rose in the middle. These paintings are stunning and I see her too. Hair billowing in the wind while she looks out, showing her strength and majestic presence. Beautiful. Thank you for sharing

You are so dagnabbit talented. Your art shows your experience, your eye, your heart and soul. We all pray for what you have found in yourself. You judiciously choose parts that you want, and those you can put into the paint pot, you have a gift. Colors, patterns, shapes seem to come from a communion you have with the canvas and paint. I love your smile, giggle and talent, your kitty is charming too. Thank you for always explaining while you are working, it makes so much more sense. Thank you for sharing, caring, and inspiring. Huggles always, Liz 👩🎨🎨🖌😊🍀💖🦓🤹♀️🇺🇸😎

I saw her face right away, beautiful. Aphrodite arrived, Zen’s response, demands his cameo, rolls in the dirt, why? Bc he can, & then sniffed it off. HoA love the closeups on the paint/cup during the pour, showcasing Mina’s fastest ribbon or tree ring pour in the West!

She's just beautiful Mina! I see 2 faces. The one you've pointed to and then where the copper begins to go darker I see her face sort of pointing downwards & her eyes closed, slight darker shadow of her eyebrow, very tiny nose and ever so tiny shadow of her mouth. Do you see what I see? 🧐 Very demur. Humble. Judging from where you were pointing I don't think it was in the same place where I see her. Perhaps her twin sister! Yes, she's truly gorgeous. This, in it's entirety is a magnificent Masterpiece! You are so pleasant to watch. I must thank you for these wonderful videos, your recipes & omg...your color choices. I am so taken by your cute laughs & deep breaths as you pour. 😚 What a lovely lady you are! What an awesome Artist you are! Love to you Dear Lady Mina! 🥰😊😘🐇💗

Gorgeous Mina ! this lady is fantastic and i love the colors . I don' t miss one of your paints . I practice twice a week and i begin to make progress . My problem is to know how many onces of paint i must use for my canvas . I see yours is 24/24 , one artist says we must prepare 75 OZ of paint for these dimensions : ( 24 " x 24 " X 0,13 ) = 75 OZ ......do you agree with this calculation ? it seems to me you don' t have prepare so much paint . How can i evaluate the amount to prepare ? thanks
@MinaVillegasArt4 жыл бұрын
Hello Marie! The formula to figure out how much paint you need is Length x Width then *divide by 28*... So 24x24=575, then 576÷28= 20.5714.. so you need almost 21 ounces for a 24x24.. not 75 😳

Beautiful. How long do you let your paintings dry before you varnish or resin?
@MinaVillegasArt4 жыл бұрын
Hi Michelle! thank you so much! 🥰 I use Liquitex Gloss Medium & Varnish in my paint, so I never feel like I need to add an additional coat of varnish. We are supposed to wait 5 weeks for paintings to not only dry, but to cure, before they are varnished. Occasionally I will use a UV Resistant Spray Gloss Varnish if I want the Metallics to really pop, but it's not really necessary. Personal preference 😉
