Air fryers are great especially in the summer. It won’t heat up your kitchen. I loved to make fries in mine without the guilt of oil. Also chicken thighs come out amazing in the air fryer . Spray a little olive oil, add any spices you like, and cook for 40 minutes at 400 flipping half way through. They are amazing! It’s the only way I will eat chicken thighs.

Morning!! All good here. Yesterday’s weather rough. A street behind mine got battered by a tornado. Fire and rescue cordoned off the road after the tornado. A caravan was flipped onto its side. The church in the village was also damaged on the 150th anniversary of its consecration 😢 no one was hurt by the tornado though thankfully.

Hi Iris. One question I keep meaning to ask you is when you use your credit card to pay for say a book or something, do you round it up to the nearest £5 when taking your cash out of your binder? What do you do with the extra money? For instance if you buy a book for £22.99 and you take back to bank £25. I hope this makes sense and that you don’t mind me asking.
