Rev Dr. Howard, I just started to listen to your messages and have loved many of them but I have an issue with you putting all Pentecostals in a box. I think its dangerous as a minister to be up on the alter and down grade the Pentecostal experience. I grew up Pentecostal and our church is filled with the Holy Ghost but it also had structure and order because God isn't a God of chaos. I'm sorry you had bad experience with Pentecostal but I invite you to my church if you are open to the invite. May God continue to use you and anoint you with the Holy Spirit.

This sermon is, in part, about the day of Pentecost and it would make sense that Pastor Wesley would speak about the Pentecostal church. He is somewhat critical but I believe he does so with respect and he uses Bible text to support his criticisms. He is often critical because being critical makes you think and hopefully reflect about ways that things could be done better. He has another sermon called, "10 things I hate about church". In that sermon he again is critical, and not directly of any particular church, with the goal of getting your attention and helping you to learn. I do not believe he hates church and I also do not believe he hates Pentecostal ways of worship. Ironically, by criticizing Pastor Wesley's sermon you are using his same technique to help others learn about the diversity of Pentecostal experiences. Takes care and God bless.

Is he saying that the Holy Spirit says Israel belongs to the Palestinians. That is not Holy Spirit speaking

No, what he is saying is that the occupied territory is not Israel and that Palestinians in those land that Israel occupies are discriminated against.

No but there are lands that Israel are occupying that are not part of the charter that the UN made when they created Israel. That land Kereama is occupied land that belongs to the Palestinians.

I disagree with this sermon. Im pentecostal and glad about it. Im glad Bishop GE Patterson taught me the truth in the holyghost. The evidence of having the Holyghost is your language will change. Thats why i cannot get with the baptist church.

Then you missed what he said, it not just a change in your language, which is what he stated, as in how you encourage someone.. but also on your actions ie Peter and John helping the lame person. Listen again to the sermon
