🚒Your Alameda County Fire Department (ACFD) Recruits are continuing their training.
The suppression portion of their training is essential, and that includes hose week.
This part of their training shows recruits hose management, which includes how to manipulate their bodies as they use the hose to put out fires.
These recruits undergo rigorous physical, mental, and emotional challenges that are designed to forge individuals into a high-performing team.
