I love using those brushes because the sponge sucks up most of the foundation, so its always a better idea to distribute the product with that flat brush and then just dab it with sponge

Hey beautiful Annie 💙 your skin looked really glowy after the mask. 😍 I sometimes use a paddle brush just to spread foundation on, I find I get a more even coverage. Or I just use my fingers to do the same thing 😆 I loveeee the eye look you did 😍 you look absolutely stunning, as always. I’m the same with liquid eyeshadow. I have a fair few as I think I’m going to use them but very rarely do. I do like the ELF shimmery ones.. they are super sparkly and add a bit of extra oomph if I feel my look is a bit lacking. I don't use those flat foundation brushes for foundation either. I do think they would be good for face masks though if you don't want to get it all over your hands. Actually I think I might try that next time I do a mask. Always love your try on videos, I really like how you try all the products. Thanks Annie!

I was thinking the same thing about the brush, I have a plastic long handled applicator that came with a a mask set 4 different little jars and the applicator, but I was wondering when I saw the shape and how thin that brush is if it would be good for masks. It looks dense enough

As for boxycharm, I am thinking of cancelling for May. I received the questionnaire and there was absolutely nothing that excited me in there. I’ve seen several PR unboxings today… they’ve all been the same. I have not seen any featuring the Anastasia foundation which is what I’m looking for because that was my choice item… I did not use the eyeshadow palette because the colors are nothing we don’t already have🤷‍♀️.. i’m really trying to not use eyeshadow pallets because as much as we love them and I drawn to them, I don’t even have enough days to use what I have. The travel brush and sponge I received last month. The review say it’s a nice brush but honestly the handle was too short and I know I’ll never use it. We also got the Frank and Body vitamin C mask last month not sure why they would do another vitamin C mask 🤨. For those who chose the pallet at least it’s makeup which is what we all want. I chose the foundation because I cannot remember the last time Base box was offered a foundation for Choice. I was on the website looking at all of the products featured for April… interestingly there was at least 5 eyeshadow palette’s that we could get this month. They are repeated items I’ve seen them all in the past few months… Time will tell.. The base box is now $30 a month. If you can get one item of that value that you like, then the rest is just fluff… For example I did want to try ABH illuminizing foundation which is $34 in Sephora.. If the color matches it’s worth the box for this month. If I get a mascara or a product I could also use , that would just be a bonus… Good luck ladies and as always thank you for showing us your box 👏👏👏👏👏❤️

They don’t send out PR boxes with foundations as far as I’ve seen. Last month they sent the PR list a box without the foundation then asked if they could send them the foundation separately to show their audience.

Finally! Someone on yt that got the SAME thing as me. It always seems like influencers get different products, better products, as a way to promote the box. And I agree with you, this box was also not my favorite, not even close. I keep hoping the boxes will get better but other than the skincare products, I've been majorly disappointed in the makeup products. A few months ago I got a brush set that was priced (per boxycharm) as $58! And they were the absolute WORST brushes I've ever used. One literally fell apart the first time I used it 🙄 I did, just today, signed up for the boxycharm luxe, whichever one is the next up. I'm hoping that it's better than the base box and that way I can cancel the damn base box bc it's been a literal disappointment month after month. But I keep holding on thinking maybe it'll get better? 🙄

I use those foundation brushes to apply masks works really well. I would love to try the hair mist but no way I’d pay 39 for a product like that.

I totally agree, it’s a lot for a product that I didn’t see a crazy difference while using. And using those for applying masks is the best, I just don’t understand applying foundation with it- maybe for mixing foundations? 🤔

DO NOT buy premium boxes.You will get old products.My card said flourish.No game changer products.They can not replace my box.After sending me their emails to receive CT foundation and advertised products for March 2022.You think I buy because of your tuturiols.You would address and inform Boxycharms CService that your followers spend their money to get these advertised items that we expect to receive.Cancelled.They should send PR OLD PRODUCTS.

I unsubscribed from all 3 boxes. My luxe both for March was valued at 295 when it's supposed to be much much much much higher. Premium stinks too, you'll get repeat products and it's always the crappy products. There are better boxes out there.

You should order Eyescream beauty box!! I just cancelled boxycharm . I was receiving WAY to much skin care. I came across another influencer unboxing Eyescream Beauty Box and did a little research. They are 25 dollars everything is included tax and shipping. You get 5 to 7 full size products and you always receive a pallet. Check it out. I would like to see you unbox that!!

Loved this tutorial, review and showcasing of all the products! Had to subscribe for more 🤣🥰💯😍🔥 I don't always do it but I love the flat brushes for Foundation application. I find they are helpful, if it's a good one, to smooth the foundation onto the face for a smooth and more even texture skin. I will just apply with it and then blend with my IL Makiage 105 Foundation Brush. Not sure if you're supposed to blend with those too? Lol 😆 and the palette is gorgeous. Definitely bringing summer and fall vibes to the table. I don't use liquid shadows as much. I have a bit of hooded eyes and don't like how they Crease if not dried all the way. And same problem with you, most of them are harsh when taking off. I'm acne prone so I oil and double cleanse every day but I tried using them once without oil cleansers and it was annoying. I do love to use them as inner corner highlights or as a added pop on top of my regular Highlighter for my cheeks. I got a boxycharm base in November and from the video unboxings I watched, the premium was good for the first few months and then slowly started turning okay.. Since January, I feel like the base Box has been better than premium 💕 love your videos!

Girl, your eyes are so light and when you apply your eye makeup, they literally change darker.. My mom's eyes are the same.. I inherited brown eyes unfortunately..Lol! Makeup looks beautiful and I totally agree about the brush! I hope Ido get the Christopher Robin spray,I have long hair, it needs an lil extra volume. Thanks Gor Sharing!!

I got that Christophe spray but I haven't used it yet either was in a premium box..I get so much stuff It's a lil hard to keep up with trying things or using them..n idk the spray is supposed to smell like rose. N that's not really something I like I dnt really like rose scented stuff

Every time I’ve used the fhat vit c mask I get a zit or two! I never have acne so…it’s very weird, and also never happens with other vit c products. I was going to toss it but decided to use it in the backs of my hands instead. 🤣
