Better hope that ships cloaking device is in tip top shape. Can't imagine even a cloaked ship had an easy time getting all the way to Romulus undetected. Credit to that captain and crew, that couldn't have been an easy task.

The sequence where Picard tries to rest on the Klingon bed(shelf) is so hilarious. Picard lies down, Data just stands processing data quietly, and Picard slowly open his eyes and asks Data what he's doing---"I'm processing data...Was I disturbing you?"; Picard says no, 'carry on'. Picard tries to rest again, closes his eyes and slowly reopens them(Great camera work!), and complains that Data was looking at him, to which Data says he wasn't, then has a puzzled look on his face as though to say "What the hell is wrong with Picard?"

Yes, but it's not that realistic. In fact, based on size and trajectory, the saucer section would have clearly slammed into the Bird of Prey as it swung around. Reminds me of some young kid in a store parking lot with his parents muscle car showing off and ends up wrapping it around a light pole. May look cool but it's not very logical... Yes, I'm actually very fun at parties, why do you ask?

@@JimmyCerra Yeah, watching that again, I have no doubt had that been real, there'd be a roughly Bird of Prey-sized chunk missing in the saucer. It looks like they tried to cheekly set it up like the BoP goes >under< the saucer as the Enterprise swings around but, still, these are huge starships we're talkin' about. It takes TNG's standard exterior establishing shot, of two models hanging nose to nose, and says, "Ah, but what if we were in tighter and each ship were moving in as many axes as possible?" My only complaint is that it sort of undersells the size of the Enterprise to have it twirling and sliding around like that. It may be consistent with whatever anti-inertia technobabble justifies the rest of the show, but it's hard to think of the ship as being the size of an office complex while you're watching it.

The ship that cloaked at the end of the clip was not the ship they boarded.

Klingon birds of prey have variable wing geometry. They change it depending on status, between combat or travel. Since warp requires stabilised geometric formation at the centre of mass, they will have their wings up during warp travel or normal flight, and down to activate weapon systems. It adjusts even slightly to compensate for travel.

I thought that the federation has a universal translator but yet we can hear them speak Klingon . Is the Klingon language spoken a her not translatable special ?
