I love these styles! Congrats on your weight loss! I lost 100 pounds over the last 18 months and went from 2 or 3 x now a medium or large,10/12. I'm enjoying wearing more colors and trying different styles. I am also petite ,5'2", and have short legs! I really like the wide leg jeans as long as they hit right at the ankle.

As a side note, I live near Buffalo, NY and traveled to Vittoria, ON for a photoshoot at the Canadian Raptor Conservancy yesterday. We often travel to my favorite park, Algonquin Provincial Park. Manufacturers used to have standardized sizing! When I was younger if you were a size 14_ any size 14 would fit you! What happened? They need to figure out standard measurements for clothes, and then everybody stick to those measurements!! It shouldn't be that hard. I love the tennis dress and love, love, love the white eyelet dress!! You look so cute and summery in it!! A soft sea foam green should look great on you.

My new favourite that I have discovered this month is Clarins Beauty Flash Balm. It’s been around for decades but I have only recently heard of it. It’s a treatment for those occasions when you aren’t yourself and your skin is screaming HELP. I put it on in the morning with just eyebrow pencil and lip gloss and by the time I wash it off at night my skin looks hydrated, plumped and happy. It’s amazing and not expensive.

Cathy, I hear you about shipping to Canada! Slow and expensive. I recently ordered from an American website (as they did not have a Canadian website) and didn’t notice until I saw my Visa that they charged in US$. Yikes. I agree about the ties in the waist of casual pants. If I am wearing a top that goes over it, I just take the ties and slide them in the waistband (not tying them at all), so that they lie flat on the inside of the waistband. And I am also a plus size, losing weight, and like horizontal stripes. It is hard to find vertical stripes in larger sizes. Thank you for a nice selection and variety of items for us to consider.

Hi Kathy, Your April favorites really nice. I need a new pair of PJ's,and that short set is so cute. Yes, slow and steady wins the race. I'm still loosing weight too, and I just bought size 8 pants for my Hawaii trip! I haven't been able to comfortably fit in a size 8 in almost 2 years. I have about 15 to 20 lbs to go. I'd l love to have it all off by my 57th birthday( In July), but if I don't, its definitely ok. Consider bringing a sunscreen resetting mineral powder. It looks like a blush brush in a portable container. Supergoop, Colorscience, Hawaiian Tropic all have them now. You can get a parasol that will protect you from the uv rays.Columbia sportswear makes clothing with UV protection. Many years ago I ended up in the Emergency room in New Hampshire due to sunburn and heat stroke. Ever since then I am covered from head to toe in the sun.

I’m enjoying seeing the summery clothes! It’s awesome that you’re continuing to drop sizes and reevaluate what looks good with your physical changes. I tend to wear the same styles year to year but as my body changes a little perhaps I can go with a shorter length on some things and add different colours. Great choices! I can totally relate to your weight loss journey. I’m leaning into a lot of Old Navy mainly for basics. They have great sales. Agree with you 100% on the Spanx jeans. I do like the wide leg on me because I’m 5’7”. You do have to size up but they’re extremely flattering. Thanks for the great video!

I can tell you’re more toned. I am at a plateau in weight loss, but I am losing inches, and sizes because of excersize😊.

Hi cathy bought the Athleta dress from old navy. Love it! Bought the XL. looks great with jean jacket sneakers or sandals. Definitely going to wear it alot. Thank you for the recommendations.

I received the Spanx white jeans, stretch twill, in straight leg in petite. They were expensive and I don’t like them at all! They are very short on my leg and ride up to almost Capri length. The waistband is so hard to put on. Not happy and I’ll probably give them to my daughter! 😢 And yes, Succession was fantastic!! Love your videos! It’s like visiting with a friend!😊
