I remember this happening. I was sixteen and living in South Wales at the time and constantly resharing the posters online for her like we all were back then, hoping that it might possibly do some good and get her back. God bless little april she's now one of god's beautiful angels she's probably running around playing with her new friends in heaven and proudly watching over her family with a cute beaming smile on her adorable face until they're all reunited with april again one day in the afterlife. If april was allowed to live her beautiful sparkling life she would have been 14 years old and enjoying secondary school, graduating from high school attending college going to her first prom having a boyfriend her daddy paul walking april down the aisle at her wedding children of her own a great career her own home and going out into the big wide world on her own and enjoying being a teenager but all of that was so cruelly snatched away from april she will never get her life back but the main thing is at least april is in a far better place now safe with god jesus and other people who are kindly looking after april for her loving family. At least april's family had her for the best 5 years it's a terrible shame it wasn't forever but april and her story will never be forgotten and always embedded in everyone's hearts thoughts prayers and dreams. April was the beautiful welsh angel. Goodnight sweet april fly high little one hope you're enjoying it up in heaven. Xx

Why entertain the thought of him hitting her with the car, when other minors saw her get into a truck; they didn't he was carying her into his truck. Unless the poor girl tried to run afte the abduction, then he intentionally hit her with the car. Of course, if that was the case he is evil because the little girl would have had difficulty running with her disability. That would make his actions unbelievably cruel.

Abduction of children in England and Wales by a stranger is very rare in the white local population (that isn’t racist because a common reason for a stranger abduction is someone acting on behalf of an alienated father living abroad). For the whole of the UK in most years for a century the incidence of a stranger abduction murder of a child under 12 is zero. This was a small community of 2,200 people. You wouldn’t find a case in such a place in centuries. It’s why everyone remembers these terrible crimes. In this case a stranger is classified as not an immediate family member or person living in the family home.
