This was SO helpful as I made my sister’s wedding bouquet. I’ve watched many of your videos. My only question is how to keep the bouquet light and airy when I go about tying it. I feel like tying it makes it a more tight bouquet instead of light and airy

I am from Europe. It was a huge surprise for me to learn that there are florists somewhere who don't use spiral technique. I mean, what is the other way?
