100% agree on Wild Love! I didn’t have any expectations at all and it still somehow let me down. It wasn’t terrible but it was very mid and I was confused because everyone has been loving it and I did not 😂

Right?! I felt like I was the only one when I read it 😂 it seems like more mixed reviews are coming out now that it’s out and more people are finishing it/getting to it

I just finished Wild Love yesterday and I was sort of disappointed with it too, but I do have to say that Flawless wasn’t my favorite either and I loved the rest of that series. I’m so freaking excited for Midnight of Ashes!!💙🩵

I gave Wild Love the same rating but for the opposite reason 😂. I was hesitant going into it because of Hopeless but I really loved the first half, thought it could be a fave. And then I was really disappointed by the second half when the characters got together. I didn't enjoy the their dynamic, the smut or the third act conflict. I can understand why people wouldn't enjoy their teasing relationship overall but felt like it went so overboard for no reason in the second half. Glad to see I'm not alone in my disappointment cause I was so bummed.

Thank you for your reviews. Spark of flame I really liked but once Luther saw her crown , the response was soooo weird and underwhelming and Diem went from thinking it a hallucination to actually wanting to be was queen??? Confusing

Also, nothing can compare to a court of thorns and roses. BEST SERIES EVER!!! Please friends tell me what to read next!!!!!!

Omg right?! I love the ACOTAR series so much too, top tier and love rereading it often. Hopefully you’ve read her other books as well, I love the Crescent City series. Some other fantasy romances I’ve loved is The Book of Azrael (and it’s whole series) and Between Wrath & Mercy (older characters in fantasy romance which was nice)!

💙 Hi, Christi. I somehow missed the live show on Tapestry on the 24th. I was watching for it but somehow I didn’t see it. I’ve often thought about trying Catherine Cowels…where would you suggest I start?

We rescheduled and our live for Tapestry will be on May 5th at 8pm EST now! Catherine’s Tattered & Torn series (first book is Tattered Stars) or Lost & Found series (first book is Whispers of You) are both so good! She also has a new series starting in just a couple weeks, Fragile Sanctuary.
