I've been feeling down because of life reasons. Vlogs like these are a good reminder to still put myself out there for events I'm interested in and making time for friends-- I always feel initial regret until my insides find equilibrium and I'm finally enjoying myself. It's so hard when adulting, but this is a self care muscles just like the gym!!

Hi Jen, I love your videos, just a little tip so you don’t hurt your back, you’re squatting too high, go a little bit lower and don’t free fall, go slow and keep your knees flexed. You don’t need to push your hips forward like that, just focus on activating your glutes when you go down☺️ hope this helps!

Was going to chime in as well! Thrusting the hips forward is no longer recommended as it doesn’t help the muscles we thought it did and increases risk of lower back pain and injury!

Hey Jenn, I love that you're challenging yourself and working out! Proper squats are actually quite tough so it's totally okay that most don't do them correctly. Your form needs some adjusting and you need to go deeper if you truly want results! I recommend for now just using the bar alone with no weights to truly get down the form. In general, tighten your core, hinge at the hips and squat down slowly with control. Your thighs should be parallel to the floor essentially.

also their 365 day return policy is bs! my sheets/duvet cover were ruined after washing them a few times. (had them for 2 months) the buttons on the duvet had cracked and instead of getting “softer” they had both just gotten thin and scratchy. They said that wasn’t covered under the return policy.

Definitely not an influencer or sponsored but i bought a Brooklinen set in 2020, best sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers I’ve ever had and i still have them, no holes, wear or tear, anything. The prices surprised me initially, but they’re worth it imo.. just cause something is sponsored doesn’t automatically make it bs

Don’t speak for everybody and not typically normal for parents to go out casually on trips, parties, hangouts when you have young kiddos around. It’s all about choices and boundaries at the end of the day. I loved hanging out with family and friends but now I have two little ones, I enjoyed hanging out with them and watching them grow and thrive more than going to coachella.

Well. It’s hard to be a young mom. It’s fun because you have the energy to keep up with your kid. But you still want to be involved with your generation of normal activities. My mom and family helped me a lot. I was going through a lot emotional stuff. Being a young parent is a huge change for some.
