Gonna try for 2 weeks for now Left thigh: 61cm Right thigh: 61cm Goal: 50cm *week 1* Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ + went for a 2 hour walk! Day 4: X Day 5: ✅ + went for a 3 hour walk! Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅✅ did it twice today! Week 1 results: Left thigh: 60cm Right thigh: 60cm Not much of a difference guys! But when I wore my jeans I swear I already felt them be more loose than usual. My aunt said I look slimmer too. I didn't change my diet but I'm planning on going on a calorie deficit. I'll still continue doing this :) *-week 2-* -Day 8-12: sorry guys i have a fever i’ll start again in about 1-2 days- -Day 13: ✅- -Day 14: X Hey guys sorry for not being consistent but I’m genuinely very sick and my body is weak I’m not even making excuses 😢- -Day 15: ✅- *week 2* Day 1: ✅ hey guys! i have recovered so i’ll redo the 2nd week! Here's a tip, stop thinking and just start . Yes, it sound simple but it's kinda hard not to think. But once you don't think , your brain won't think of what you could do instead or think of how painful it will be. This works for me on everything study , workout , waking up , homework .everything. So don't think , and just start . Oh I hope you understand what I mean, I'm not very fluid in English (• ▽ •;)

Diets aren't real lol, they are only a temporary change. Just try being mindful of what you eat, thats what ive been doing and I feel much better mentally and physically. Resist temptation!!!!!

I don't follow a specific diet I just limit my Junk food and Sugar intake and detox everyday. I eat the same. It has quite an effect on my upper body!

Wow all these negative comments. If you don't like slim thighs or thigh gap then don't watch? It's Asian beauty standard to be slim and a bit curvy. Not everyone wants to be thicc like in the west. This lady makes a good, informative workout vid for ppl who WANT a slimmer thigh. If you don't like that, then why click into a slimner thigh vid?

I agree. Everyone is free to follow their beauty standards (in a healthy way of course). Better achieve it through exercise, than not eating enough, so that is definitely a useful video.

MorningGloryy I know you’re trying to defend this workout after all because this is just a workout video, but it almost sounds like you are body degrading women who are naturally “thicc”. You didn’t even have to include how some people in the west have a naturally bigger physique to make your argument stronger. It’s understandable that’s it’s an Asian beauty standard, but sometimes people try to achieve the slim ‘acceptably body standard’ in an unhealthy way. Slimming your thighs doesn’t just mean getting them to her thigh size in this video. Slim thighs mean something different for everyone. You don’t have to degrade others’ body types to appreciate someone else’s, which is the message that seems to be put off by your comment. I’m not sure if you meant it in that way, but if this is your body standard then it’s just as beautiful as someone in the West who is “thicc”. By the way, most women in the West care to be fit and toned not just “thicc”.

I will do this for one month and write here the results everyday! Right Leg: 51 cm Left Leg: 51 cm Goal: As much as I can! Day 1:✅ I did it once and I felt my thighs burn. I don’t see any changes for now Day 2:✅ I did it once again and my legs burned even more than yesterday. I still don’t see any changes Day 3:✅ Did it once and it was easier than yesterday. I’m not sure but my legs seem a little bit slimmer Day 4:✅ Did it and it was a lot easier. I don’t see any changes compared to yesterday Day 5:✅ Did it and it started coming very easy to me. I am planning to do this twice a day if I have enough time. I can see small changes in my leg Day 6:✅ Did it once and I felt really good while I was doing. It was fun and I was very energetic too. My legs look the same compared to yesterday Day 7:✅ I did it twice today and I feel very exhausted. I still enjoyed and had fun. I can see that my legs look different compared to day one 🎉UPDATE🎉 Right Leg: 48 cm Left Leg: 48 cm Total loss in one week: 3 cm Day 8:✅ Did it once and I feel good. I can notice the changes in my leg. By the way, I realized that this exercise can make your stomach flatter too Day 9:✅ Did it once again but today I got tired more than yesterday. I can see changes Day 10:✅ Did it once and my thighs burn but it’s worth it. I always think about the legs I want to achieve when I feel tired and want to give up. I can open my legs more than before when I try to do splits Day 12:✅ Did it once again and I realized that my legs look better than before when I wear flare jeans. I feel better and more confident about it Day 13:✅ I did it once and I’m very excited for the update day because I feel like the results will motivate me very much Day 14:✅ Did it once and I did it lightly because I’m on my special day 🎉UPDATE🎉 Right Leg: 46 cm Left Leg: 46 cm Total loss in one week: 2 cm Total loss in two weeks: 5 cm Day 15:❌ I didn’t do it because I wasn’t feeling so good and I was not energetic Day 16:✅ Did it once and I feel better. I didn’t do any diets but having a diet while doing this exercise will surely increase your results. Plus, I didn’t do any diets but I’m a dancer so I dance for like 1 hours every day. So, I think that this helped me to slim my legs a little faster. During 1 month, I realized that this exercise not only slim legs but help you to stretch more, slim your stomach a little, and keep your body strong. I think that this exercise is perfect and good for starters. So, I recommend this exercise. I will no longer be doing this exercise. I will do this channel’s calve slimming exercise. Good luck, bye!💕

Thighs- 54cm Day 1 : ✅ Day 2 : ✅ I feel the burn 🔥 Day 3 : ✅ I woke up and my left thigh hurt a lot , but I still did it. Day 4 : ✅ it was alright, I also did a 3 hour gymnastics practice today, I’m not seeing results yet though. Day 5 : ✅ I did it, I’m eating healthy and limited sugar. Also I’m trying to take as much steps as I can day! Day 6 : ✅ I did it fine + a mad fit dance workout + 2hour gymnastics practice. I have been eating in a calorie deflict, so hopefully soon I see some results soon! Day 7: ✅ it’s been a week and I think I’m seeing a tiny difference , I’m going to measure after I’m done! Thighs : 54cm (they are the same but that’s okay I’m not going to give up until I get the results I want! (45cm) Day 8 : ❌ I was very tired so I didn’t do it Day 9 : ✅ I did it! Day 10: ✅ it was fine , I’ve been eating not very good recently so I’m trying to be better . Day 11 : ✅I havnt been eating “bad” but I think I need to eat a little less. And I did gymnastics comp today which was good cardio! Day 12: ✅ done! I tried eating better today. Day 13 : ✅ I did it plus a long madfit workout! Day 14 : ✅ week 2! Done, I am going to measure after I’m done! I haven’t lost any yet, but I’m not giving up! Day 15 : ❌ I just couldn’t be bothered today. Day 16: ✅ I had another bad eating day sadly but I’m really working on it! Day 17: ✅ I ate a lot better today , and did a few different workouts , im also drinking 2-3 litres of water a day!!! Day 18: ✅ okay this sounds bad but, I saw some photos of me at the recent competition and I’m really unhappy with my body so I will be cutting out sugar , fried food and only eating whole healthy food! Also 2-3 workouts a day Day 19: ✅ done! Day 20 : ✅ ❤ Day 21: ✅ + I started the Rosie graham pilate challenge! Day 22: ✅ Day 23: ✅ I ate very badly today and feel very guilty + I did a dance workout Day 24: ✅ I know I say this a lot but I’m actually so sad with my big legs and I’m going to make them small! Day 25: ✅ im going to measure after and I really hope for results !! Thighs now : 53cm! I have only lost 1cm but I’m very happy!! I also did Dancing which burns a lot of cals and is fun exercise!! Day 26 : ✅ Day 27: ✅ I also did gymnastics today! Day 28 : ✅ + I did a 10 minute run/jog/walk today and it’s was actually very fun and I’m going to do them more often! I recommend just starting really slow and go faster as you go! Day 29 : ✅ Day 30 : ✅ I havnt seen much results with this workout so I’m going to be doing another month starting tommorow, and I will do 2 of her thigh workouts so hopefully I see some results?

Star Dust yes it is all about trying and seeing what your body can do because someone can lose 3 cm and someone else could lose just 1 , but it does not mean it is not working it just means we are not all built the same . But this does work so do not give up🤩

I needed this thank you. Also the first time I tried it I felt my inner thighs vibrating and shaking so It does works. After 2 weeks I noticed a gap between my thighs that didn't exist before but I stopped the workout for awhile and I gained weight eating junk foods everyday. And now I'm doing it again.

I'm gonna try this for 7 days Start Right upper thigh: 53 cm Right lower thigh: 42 cm Left upper thigh: 52 cm Left lower thigh: 40 cm Day 1: ✔️ Day 2: ✔️ Day 3:. ✔️ Day 4: i was busy today and didn't had the energy to do it in the evening so I'm gonna add another day so i still have done it 7 times 😪 Day 5: ✔️ i did it! It's literally 11pm but i didn't have time in the day but i still had the will to do it because missed yesterday and didn't wanted to miss another day :) Day 6: ✔️ Did it! Day 7: ✔️ Day 8: ✔️ Results: right upper thigh: 52 cm Right lower thigh: 41 cm Left upper thigh: 51 cm Left lower thigh:39,5 cm It really didn't do much :\ but still i lost a cm! I think i will continue doing this but try to do it twice and not so late maybe because i went to sleep almost right after affected my results oops 💀 i should pay more attention to what i eat too because i eat a lot of candy and not much other food. If i continue i will update! Thank you all for the support

Hey guys. I've started doing this exercise. So i've decided to write down my progress.Join me in this challenge. Thighs: 66,5 Day 1: ✅️ quite easy Day 2: ✅️ quite easy Day 3: ✅️ last exercise was very difficult to do Day 4: ✅️ last exercise was difficult to do Day 5: ❌️ i was busy Day 6: ✅️ was easy today to do. I succeeded in finishing every exercise . Day 7: ✅️ was easy to do. No hurt. Was not motivating to do it, but I did. 🎉UPDATE: I've lost more than half centimetre on both thighs and calves. (-0,5 cm). Day 8: ✅️ easy to do it Day 9: ✅️ easy to do Day 10: easy to do. Can you please suggest me some exercises to do, because I don't feel pain with this? Day 11:✅️ easy Day 12:✅️ easy Day 13 & 14: ❌️ didn't do because I was unmotivated and i felt tired. 🎉UPDATE: now I'm one cm down. So now it's 65 cm. Day 15 & 16: ✅️last exercise was difficult to do Day 17: ❌️ didn't do, but 5000 steps Day 18: ✅️ Guys, in the last days i've done more than 10000 steps per Day. I've lost like 3 cm overwhole. @@veronicajata3121 make sure you're doing cardio, like hiit workouts or running. if you want to slim down, you have to loose the fat. these workouts only work on their own if you don't have a lot of fat already. you can still do these workouts (I have the exact same problem as you and I do them)but you won't get fast results. do some research about this and find what works for you!

I have started this workout 3 months ago ( April) and my legs was 67 cm and now there are at 52 cm. I can see a big difference and I lose 15 kilos!!!! ( I’m in diet). My goal is 47 cm, I normally do 47 cm in end August because I lose 1 cm of my legs all week. I have now a 1h30 workout routine all day and a day rest . I hope for you to reach your goal and don’t give up because you can do it 😊
