this guy knows nthg abt his own bike. i own a rs457 too and i disagree with many stuff's he said abt heating. i have ridden abt 230km continuously in highways and it didn't heat up above 102degree

Dude, you proved that yourself don't know shit about motorcycles. Heating depends on a lot of factors like weather, rpm etc... He is revving it hard hence he might have experienced heating.
