SC Project is amazing! Just bought one for my s1k and I'm totally impressed by the craftmanship and the sound is incredible. I've had it a little over a week and it's already starting to change colors on the link pipe, and also inside the canister. Stunning!!

I got a SC-Project myself sometime ago when I didnt even know what SC-project was, bought it for the good look, and damn it sounds awesome. Still use it with baffle, but when I open my Hornet up, its like thunder! From now, only SC project will go into my bikes.

The problem with exhaust videos is that they'll never truly capture what you hear in person. That heart palpitation inducing sound that comes from an Aprilia can only be experienced in person.

Hey 650. In the "looks" department I lean toward the Austin unit. It simply has more character. But I prefer the sound of the SC. It reminds me more of my Competition Werkes unit. Though they both sound amazing. But we all have our personal preferences. There is no right or wrong. I love making SOUND video's of our beloved RSV4's. The best sounding machine I've ever heard. Much better than the new V4S.

The Austin Racing sounds better than the SC project in this video. From what I can tell is that the AR is the GP1R model. There are other types available, such as, the GP2R and the V3 and each of their colors may be customized. I can’t tell which SC project is in the video but it looks like possibly the CRT. Great video! What would look good if you had a dB meter to measure the sound levels during the video. Awesome to see these two brands side by side! Thanks!!!

I see a lot of comments saying the sc project. But I actually prefer yours. It has the green white & red that matches the underneath of the fairing. The initial startup sounded better on the gp exhaust. But when u revved the sc project exhaust it sounded louder with more of a rumble. All in all. If I had that bike I'd go with your setup IB. But I would def change the reservoir to his. It compliments the bike quite nice

That sc exhaust sound a little louder but has a straight deep sounding rumble. Austin has less noise but more of a vibrating deep sound. They both sound similar but has it own character to the rumble and they both look awesome.

The Aprilia and the Austin Racing Exhaust has the best sound. I heard it in person and gave you compliments about it. But SC Project exhaust still sounds good.

They both have unique tonal quality. The Idle on the SC Project is sweeter than the GP1R, but the Rev on the GP1R is sweeter than the SC Project.

Austin racing exhaust dude. Looks the part with the aprilia also. In terms of "note" they both seem to be very similar. I think 90% of the analysis should go to the sound, not the look because the look is subjective and they both look trick anyway. I prefer yours Ib, matches your bike perfectly and it is throatier/louder. Nice video love you man

650ib, man they almost sound exactly the same! I listened to both over and over and you really can't tell 'em apart. Yours right around @ 4:00 min. and his @ 6:00 min. You should've filmed both motorcycles in motion passing by so we can hear 'em in motion with the actual same speed and RPM's. I couldn't really hear the difference between the two. Still sound great tho! Peace

believe me,you have to hear it by your self..there are no video can' describe that amazing v4 sound!!! just like ducati,if you hear them on the video,it will not describe the sound...i have encounter aprilia rsv4 with sc project crt carbon can and the austin racing gp1r,and they are slip on...believe me if you search for screamin sound,the ar is much more louder than the sc,have to hear it by your self man!!! by the way...nice demonstration !!!

Austin racing suits your bike with the colours. Its always hard to tell on KZbin but I reckon the AR has a deeper tone. I prefer the AR for that reason.

The AR looks like it was made for the bike and is plenty gnarly sounding. The SC probably sounds a bit more aggressive too most, but in person that bike sounds AmazinG with the stock can so it's really just preference. Have a custom full exhaust done on that bike and it's ferocious! 👍

Not a massive difference for me in terms of sound, but: 1. Looks (colour of the slip on ) Austin Racing 2. pipe + angle of the slip on- SC Project 3. Sound I guess needs a in real life comparison but I don't think it's a big difference... For me the perfect would be SC Project with AR slip on (but SC Project angle haha)

Obviously the only thing that separates these exhaust’s is subjective thinking. Both are amazing and would be happy with either. I think down low definitely Austin Racing, then high rpm 100% sc project. So I’d go sc because I’m always minimising going up a gear haha

Hi Ib.. i hoped the AR would have a great sound..and it really sounds like it has more chest hair than SC...😅.. The SC sound is smoother maybe even a bit softer.. but SC really looks great.. if the AR goes all the way to the front it would look awesome...where the pipe joins the colour of the pipe should match...but hey thats just my opinion.. I cant afford those bikes so i am jealious of both bikes..(excuse my spelling..just woke up)

if titanium link pipe are installed it looks perfect on AR, the SC sound good when fly by, but love AR sound when drop a gear. if you like louder sound prefer AR it’s like dragon breath

+650ib Hard choice, both excellent exhaust, short exhausts rule! I chose SC project, better looking, especialy the pipe and doenst have any stickers. To me it looks like the AR is a little bit louder to 7k rpms, but then SC is better and the Ar sound like the bike have more cc (toward V-twin) and SC like it have more rpms and hp (toward In-line 4). Whats yours opinion, espeacially you hear the bikes in live? And second think i belive that SC project have better characteristics and gains beacuse is build for race and CRT bikes. This is excellent comparison, only one objection why not drive by and gear shifting up and down? (y)
