Ive had a 2001 Falco for 19 years. After a 900 Monster and before a Triumph Bobber, love them all, but she is like the favorite of the harem. Cannot beat those longer trips, across Germany or the Swiss Alps. I a mediocre pilot, but I know that it is the only one that I havent tamed, simply too fast, deserves track. Properly modded and chipped, it is the one with strongest good vibes. Sometimes I even use it to commute, which is dumb considering the Bobber, just to get a fix.

I still own and ride this same bike. I'm now 63. Don't believe I could ever bring myself to sell her.

Are they reliable bikes? Any known issues with them?

@@tonykartracer8032 It is a well built machine. Had to replace the seal in the hydraulic clutch actuator. These are special bikes.

It's probably a stretch to post a question to a year-old comment, but do you have any experience of carrying a passenger on the Falco? I'm considering my options, but I'll probably/hopefully have the missus at the back quite regularly and can't justify owning two bikes at the moment.

@@akmzd6938 I never had a passenger on mine but I don't think it would be too much of an issue.
