You can Adjust the high beam, you have a knob on the left side between the dash and windshield. I had your problem aswell :)))

It;s a beautiful bike, I was about to buy it but ended up getting the swm sm 125 because it was slightly cheaper and has a bigger, more standard front tire size

Yeat, it is a bit loud, mostly at high revs..I ride with a friend that has a Duke390 and side by side i do not hear his engine
