APS KLASIK 2020 UNBOXING

I have these since 2021 & absolutely blown away at the range still. I had the Adam X’s and sold them..Just curious what distance apart do u find is the sweet spot?.. In their angled position! I have them about 1.2 meters apart (measured centre speaker cone to cone ) … about 17” inches from each side wall & 8” out from the back wall. The room is treated fairly well with super bass traps too. Tks for any help you can offer.

Still no problems concerning heat or durability on them ? Ngl it worries me ...

@@Ali-ei3nk Yo! Still good! I can't believe this comment is 2 years old! It was hot as f in LA this summer, so on really hot days I switched them off and used headphones (had a noisy fan running in the room too so headphones keep that out) I still haven't had any problems with them. As years go by I have noticed they really do reveal harshness if it exists in your music, but are crystal clear and smooth with well engineered music. If you have bad brittle or harsh sound or bad mix it will definitely reveal that. It's up to you to notice it. You can get used to harshness so you have to go reality check with some well made music and it will be obvious how great they sound and how horrible your mix is, heh. I have them paired with a JBL LSR6312sp sub that goes down to 27 hz and blends fine without any fancy processing or room correction. As of now, the only monitors that tempt me are neumanns. I am confident nothing below that price will improve on the Klassiks.

@@tophattress Hey did you ever get these? I got them without audition because of the great SOS review and price. They don't really seem to have caught on in a big way but they have worked perfectly 5 days a week for years now. I definitely prefer them over low end Kali, JBL, Adam options. I got them from soundpure but they no longer carry them. They were shipped to me direct from Poland with no extra charge. I think you can buy direct from APS as well if you contact them.

Огонь, у меня домашняя студия. Дополнил сабом APS Sub12 для full range контроля. Все путем. 👍
