I recently pay the aps fees but provisional certificate has expired can i send the whole document once i received original degree certificate. Is it possible?

Firstly i think provisional degree certificate has no expiry date and You can send the documents only if its requested by aps officers.

Acc from my friend experience : There is no need of IELTS for applying APS and he got APS.But you need IELTS min 6band for VISA.

When i saw the checklist it is showing as provisional certificate is not older than 1 year. But my year of passing is 2022. Can i add it or is it problem?
