The box alone celebrates all of Yu-Gi-Oh better than the TCG. It has monster tablets from any era of Yu-Gi-Oh. Not just DM. And those tokens actually look great. And again, not just DM! Their printing overall is fantastic. From the readibility of the text, the cardboard itself, the colors, the shine... We're celebrating the entire 25 years of Yu-Gi-Oh and not just the thing that came out 25 years ago! And speaking of DM, I really want to make a deck that can summon the new dragon and magician fusion. It would be such a hype anime moment to pull off!

You can use King of the Swamp to substitute Ultimate Dragon and then use Illusion of Chaos for the other material because its a Chaos or Luster monster. Might actually work in Dark Magician

I agree with your point about the 25th Century Rare's being easier to read in the OCG. I got an *Enlightenment Paladin* in 25th Century Rare and you can barely see the shiny-sparkle and gold-foil text on the shiny-sparkle and white background.

Since coming back from Japan last year, I’ve decided to completely switch over to the OCG. The difference is absolutely night and day. More affordable, better material, and no lame ass censoring. Don’t miss the TCG at all. Reading the cards isn’t even that hard since I started learning Japanese.

Honestly? Imagine Yu-Gi-Oh! going into the Reloaded Era and we get Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters with Dark Side Of Dimensions level of animation for 100% of the entire anime, but literally all of the characters in the entirety of the show use their respective reloaded cards. I.e.; Battle City and Atem uses a reloaded version of Gazelle, Berfomet and Chimera. It would truly be super sick. Or shed light on a new Yu-Gi-Oh! Anime which will showcase the new Illusion-Type Monsters [Which the monsters I already mentioned here before are the new Illusion Monsters, especially Nightmare Magician.] One can dream.

Damn, those packs were fire. A ton of cards that I really like to use in some of my Master Duel decks. I mean, I was always a Blue-Eyes fan, and you got both an alternate art Blue-Eyes, and Jet? awesome. 2 Accesscodes and the link BLS? Heck yeah. Those are staples in a ton of my Master Duel decks. Exciton Knight? yes please! Fairy Tail Snow and Stardust Synchron? Both part of my Stardust Dragon deck! And IF I had the accel synchro Stardust Dragon as well, it'd be too! If nly I had such good cards in the packs I opened last time... but hey, at least I could read what was written on those without a dictionary.

The Raidraptor Xyz was Raidraptor Revolution Falcon - Airraid, which got released in Rise of the Duelist back in 2020. Can destroy an opponent's monster on summon and deal damage equal to its on field ATK, also if it is destroyed by an opponent's card, you can special summon Raidraptor Revolution Falcon and attach it as a material.

After two of the most sad products in the entire yugioh history (starter set and millenia)... What a momment. Stores are stopping to work with yugioh. Locals are closed for yugioh whereas they are full of players of other tcgs. KZbinrs and players alike are migrating to retroformats (me included) when not outrightly stopping to feed Konami's toxiciest behavior among all tcgs around. It is very, very sad.
