In APSC ,Is there any medical check-up for physical handicapped candidates like NEET and UPSC ? Because I saw so many officers who is physically fit,still got selected under Disability quota.

Yes, there is a strict medical check-up for PwBD candidates in APSC also. Disabilities have different categories. So, you can't recognize it by seeing a person. For example: deafness, short limbs etc.

Problem is not 12.50 cutoff, problem is the percentage of reserved seats (no carryover). Cutoff is supposed to go low because very few candidates even apply. However the ex servicemen reservation is supposed to be 2%, whereas they have reserved 5 out of 45 seats in acs (11%) and 5 out of 35 in aps (14%)
