Sir, thank you for the questions which is really helpful for apsc. I will be glad if I am suggested a general knowledge book (which comprises of miscellaneous gk) which is present in this question paper. Is LUCENT'S GK and Arihant's gk book sufficient for that?

Those books can cater the needs for prelims to a certain extent, but not necessarily sufficient. 'GS manual for APSC' from McGrew Hill is another option, more elaborative than Lucent's and specifically designed for APSC. Although, it's always better to follow subject specific books for better and in-depth understanding.

For brief information, you can follow Lucent's or Arihant's GK. For detailed analysis of the GS part, individual subject-wise books should be followed. Books like 'GS manual for APSC' from McGrew Hill are also out there, which is more descriptive than Lucent's and specifically designed for APSC purpose
