If you are from Assam then only you can give APSC. Assam Government have introduced new rules that only residents of Assam can give APSC exam. And if you belong to Karbi Anglong and NC hills I think you don't have to give the Assamese paper

There are three types of it 1.IGST 2.CGST 3.SGST CGST and SGST are shared between state and centre on intra state movement of goods.IGST exclusively belongs to Centre on Inter state movemnet of Goods
