There's no harm in it. A male will always get a sexual arousal whenever he encounters a female and vice-versa. It's absolutely fine. It's nature's law and we should accept it without any negative attitude towards it. Because, at the end of the day, what matters, is our attitude towards it. Your attitude will determine what kind of thoughts are coming to you. Arrival of such thoughts are inevitable, we cannot kill or defend them, rather we can only give them a direction. A direction towards positive attitude. Know that there's no good or bad thoughts in reality. It's your own mind that makes the judgement over the thoughts and classify them into good and bad thoughts, based on the learnings, it had learnt from your past experiences. You need to uninstall and reinstall your mind. For that we need to delve into spiritual concepts. Because in spiritual realm, we, each and everybody, is nothing but the parts and parcel of the same super soul / consciousness / energy that is distributed throughout the whole universe. So, realise the fact that one that's inside you, is the same inside the other person, standing before you. And that super “Entity” is neither a male nor a female. It is just a small part of the same whole thing, with equal potential. Once you understand this, realise this, and accept this reality, you'll no longer get inferior / guilty feelings towards such thoughts. As because, after that, whenever we'll face a female body, we'll be looking at our very “Self”, packaged into another beautiful parcel. Then our duty would be to heartily praise its beauty and convey gratifications to mother nature for showing you such a beautiful version of our very “Self”.
