Hai how are you, Can I ask you one doubt .? When a patient is calling the nurse urgently due to chest pain ,do we really have to check his ID before asking his issue? ( aptitude test station)

Before administration of any medication you should do that . At least you have check Id in the wrist band of patient and make sure you are giving medicine to right person. That’s the right way of practice

Can i ask a question regarding this topic. So the pratice in ireland if you suspect your patient is having hypoglycemia, you will offer food or milk /juice as what you have mentioned, you will not do BGM (blood glucose monitoring) prior to giving her food/drink? I hope you can answer me on this because i understand different country, different practice

Yes we can do check blood glucose . While ordering food . But here in exam Just they want you to recognize hypoglycemia. I did video as per the exam instructions deqr
