Thank you for your videos. It is very helpful. Just checking, a nurse serving the medicine, will he/she document, the route, and dose in the chart along with the time and date? In my country it's all electronic. This paper documentation is confusing for me. I wish there was a sample documentation. Will I have a sample to refer to during the test?
