Hi! Of course I can :) So in order to work out the pH range at which the activity of an enzyme is 50% above its maximum is following these simple steps: 1. Find the maximum point of the bell curve (this is 100% of the activity of the enzyme) 2. From this, work out half of this point (this is 50% of the activity of the enzyme) 3. As the graph is bell-shaped, you can find 2 points on the left side and right side of the bell curve 4. The left side thus represents the lower bound value and the right side represents the upper bound value 5. And thus, you can find the range of numbers between the upper and lower bound values Hope this helps!
