Ingredients:
for Trotter's stock
Beef trotters 4 (4kg)
bones 3 kg
boneless shanks 1,1/2 kg
water 4,1/2 litre
Salt 2 tbsp
garlic ginger paste 7-8 tbsp (1/2 cup)
cinnamon 2 large sticks
Black cardamom 4 large
bay leaves 4-5
star anise 1 large
For trotter curry:
oil 1 1/2 cup
onion 550g
garlic ginger paste 4-5 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
coriander powder 3 tbsp
all spices 1 tbsp
turmeric 1/2 tbsp
red chilli powder 3,1/2 tbsp
kashmiri red chilli 1 tbsp
serve with all spices powder & coriander

لأسهم تروتر كوارع لحم بقري 4 (4 كجم)
عظام 3 كيلو
سيقان مخلية 1،1 / 2 كجم
ماء 4،1 / 2 لتر
ملح 2 ملعقة كبيرة
معجون الزنجبيل والثوم 7-8 ملاعق كبيرة
(1/2 كوب)
2 عود قرفة كبير
هال أسود 4 كبير
أوراق الغار 4-5
يانسون نجمي 1 كبير
لتروتر كاري:
زيت 1/2, 1 كوب
بصل 550 جرام
معجون الزنجبيل والثوم 4-5 ملاعق كبيرة
ملح 1 ملعقة كبيرة
مسحوق الكزبرة 3 ملاعق كبيرة
جميع البهارات 1 ملعقة كبيرة
1/2 ملعقة كبيرة كركم
مسحوق الفلفل الأحمر 3,1/2 ملعقة كبيرة
الفلفل الأحمر الكشميري 1 ملعقة كبيرة
تقدم مع جميع البهارات البودرة والكزبرة
