(Part 3) I live in the U.S. and rest assured the average person doesn't remember Aqua beyond "Barbie Girl", if they remember them at all. That's quite sad. They are far better than most of the pop crap we have on the radio here. Aqua has class and style with a sense of playfullness and adventure more than domestic artists half the age of Aqua's members.

Agree. I grew up with them, have been a fan from the beginning (just never told anyone) and I DO know and remember far more than Barbie Girl ❤ but you're right, barely anyone around me knows more, if they remember them at all. Lene has always been someone I highly admired. I still do 🥺

(Part 2) Aqua always delivers, and despite some of the remarks I've read elsewhere about this particular track being religious themed and some outspoken fans whining about it since this isn't "typical" Aqua...keep in mind they ARE older now and maybe wanna explore some spirituality and share that journey with us. This is a great song lyrically, vocally and musically. Who would have even imagined Aqua would still be around these days?

Hey Jagger, just to point out their intention was not religious, it was spiritual, it's not about religion it's more about one's spiritual journey, and it's different for everybody.. don't get me wrong there is a lot of good in religions but it's mostly to limit the mind and make people live by rules, one day we'll realise it, it doesn't matter what we believe, but to realise that believing itself is the power that could change the world, and if only we would believe in good things instead of bad things, if only we could believe in health instead of sickness, like the song says, it's all about universal love, we must start being kinder and forgiving with everybody, that would be a good first step to making this world a better place, Peace to all of you 😊

(Part 1) I'm glad they sometimes perform acoustic versions of their songs to offer some credibility against naysayers. I love their music, but unfortunately they get such a bad rap for being a "gimmick" band because of their style, when truly they are amazing and offer a little fun for the world, along with the occasional underlying message. Stripped down acoustic versions of their songs prove that Lene has vocal credibilty.
