As usual an excellent video. Thanks for sharing not only your adventures in metal detecting or river hunting but discovery and passing information along as well. You go, and do what a lot of us can't for our own reasons whether health, financial, family obligations, or a multitude of life's doings, we get taken along. I don't know if you realize what a positive impact that has on those who follow you. A thank you seems somewhat petty, but who you are, and what you do is very much appreciated. May you be safe, stay strong, live long, and keep doing what you enjoy.

Love your content, sir. Can’t count the number of times you’ve just dropped a nugget of knowledge or wisdom that has made me pause the videos to look up more info. You have a valuable wealth of knowledge on so many subjects. Really appreciate you sharing it with us. I remember seeing a father-son team of paranormal investigators go into that cave. I’m almost cringing as I wait for you to tell the rest of the tale of what happened there.

Great adventure. That’s one nice thing about the desert country is how well it preserves all that history. In that dry climate wood can last on the surface for a hundred years or more. I explore tons of old homestead sites, stage stops, wagon roads and am constantly amazed with how long the traces of that history can last around here. On another note, I completely don’t understand how some people can be so inconsiderate of those old sites. So frustrating to see modern trash there. Really enjoying your videos. Thanks for taking the time to do them for us!

anywhere they have jumping cactus, you should bring a comb with you. it's the best tool for removing any segments of the cactus that gets stuck to you. you put the comb behind the segment where the needles are stuck into you and pull it out real fast. It hurts but it works

New subscriber to your channel here, great content! The only change I could suggest is that those of us using Apple IPads with crummy speakers find the volume a bit too low. I have my volume to max and can hear it ok, but turn on a fan or background noise and I find it a touch too low to hear. People on PC's won't have this problem. Thanks, love the channel so far!

Note: If you access via Hell's Hip Ridge stay away from the Horse Mesa Dam. Local dutch hunter Jim Hatt tells a tale that Homeland security has the area monitored with motion sensors. Stating when you trip a sensor that an Apache Helicopter will immediately be on route to pat you down.
