This is normal when you add new fishes for the first time. Let them settle. Keep the lights off, avoid making any disturbance to the tank. They should be active and stress free in two to three days.

If they are new then they are in stress . This is common problem In 2 days they will be active. Change your aquarium water. Happy fish keeping
