We had been using Eureka Forbes for the past 25+ years. But our experience with Aquaguard UTC water purifier which we bought a few months back was stressful and upsetting to say the least. We bought it at a mall and got it installed by a Eureka forbes dealer in Palarivattom Kochi. It turned out to be defective at the time of installation. They apparently fixed the defect. But soon after that, the water purifier stopped working. For the past 8 months we have been running to the shop, the dealer and the customer care. I would not recommend this product or the brand to anyone anymore. Extremely poor after sales service as well.
