This is lovely. I am amazed at the access you have there. Here in America there is very little of that. Everyone wants to portion off the beautiful things and throw up walls. These coastal paths are a treasure. Living in Dallas I'm ignorant what the little colorful sheds are. I assume storage, and if right, for whom and what do they typically put in them? Now off to find the RC Boat Rescue!! Thanks again Nick!

There are LOTs of places like this throughout the entire US. Not hard to find either. If you get then chance to travel more, do a bit of over landing, hit up the west coast. There's a heck of a lot of beautiful land out there waiting to be explored.

Just found your videos on you tube/Facebook during this awful time we are currently in. The only time I have been on water was as a boy I used the local ferry years ago to travel across the river Tyne. I find your videos absolutely brilliant. I’m someone That likes to see how things work, and where they are stored . You show all of these things and more in all of you videos. You have me hooked now on boats and would love at some point to even buy one. Even enjoyed your video around the coast at Paignton. Takes me back to the time I spent a week there with my partner. We took that steam train, along the coast. Brilliant holiday. You seem down to earth which shows in your videos. Thank you.

I commented a week or so back after your walk around Torquay and Cockington ,you told me then to expect a walk around Paignton and here it is, what memories it brings back . I lived in Paignton as a lad from around 1967 to 1974 when the family emigrated to NZ. A friend and I used to go fishing around Roundham Head below the cliffs , there was a track up the cliffs if I remember rightly . Of course you could only get around there at low tide so had to keep an eye on it. The Prom at the base of the cliff walk in Gooderington was also a very popular fishing spot. Thanks for the video's , I will look for more in due course . Best wishes from NZ.

Ahh yes nothing like the smell of salt air, kelp (seaweed) & screeching seagulls to start a wonderful morning walk. Nick if you want to see a real tide come to The Bay of Fundy between Nova Scotia & New Brunswick Canada. The average tide is 13 metres or 43 feet with some even higher. I remember as a wee lad going to Blackpool Beach & Walney (Morecambe Bay), walking for what seemed like a mile just to get my ankles wet, then freeze with the cold onshore wind & very chilly water. Hopefully in your area the water & wind allows for more than 10 minutes swimming. Great job Nick as always, I enjoy your humour & stories along with the geographical history of your home/childhood.

Hello, just watched your latest vlog, you made me late for my walk around the local Harbour, a freshwater one, on the Shannon system. Lovely morning here too, this morning. Your walk, reminded me of our visit to Paignton Pier, albeit 30 + years ago, probably had fish N chips there. I still have a love of piers, we had several locally in North Wales, Rhyl, Colwyn Bay and Llandudno sadly only Llandudno still functions, not sure if there are any in Ireland. I really enjoyed this one and will watch it again later with my wife and I would of had a paddle too, I think we spend too much time being grown up. Stay Safe
