Wait if they already got in UA, why would everyone so suprise about deku's quirk? I mean they already witnessed his quirk at the entrance exam right?? They should've been suprised at how deku improves his quirk only and not getting to break his bones, y'know what I mean? But great video anyways

They are surprised because it may be a timeline where the sports festival arc has not happened yet. The only one who saw the scene in the U.A entrance exam arc was Uraraka and possibly Iida, along with the others who were in that area, the others who were in other areas taking the exam could not observe the scene. Having already seen how Izuku breaks his bones, that is why they are surprised, because having an image of an Izuku who breaks his bones every time he uses his quirk, and not having much muscle, his aura is different. Clearly, the great change that Izuku has and all the training he puts into his quirk makes his change significant and noticeable. For those and more reasons is why they are surprised. I hope I have been able to help you with your doubts
