The house I bought came with a "Thermostatic Shower", this stupid knob broke and I've been trying to figure out what these things are called forever!!! finally stumbled upon your video, it makes so much sense when someone shows how things work haha... so now I need this diverter part, may I ask if what you sell will be universally fitting for my shower?

I tried using the pliers in the two holes but it was too stiff. need to call plumber out. weirdly though I did get as far as this point and one I put the knob. back on the dripping had stopped from under the knob.... ?

Do I need to remove the whole shower unit to access the back or is there any other way to access it?
