What would cause the vac shoes to go down when using the pre spray setting ?

How high does the deck lift up? I need to be able to get it up the trailer ramp, thank you!

I'm using the advance aquaplus axp and it wont suck the water up to the tank. What could it be?

Check the hoses.. start at the shoes and follow the connections back.. also look inside of them to see if you can see any blockage. Also be sure the top cover of the recovery tank is sealed correctly. Hope this helps.

I really hate this machine! I need to hear the directions in lamans terms and cleaning those brushes are a pain in the @$$!
