Hi Kavish, I have a suggested improvement on DIY CO2. I have tried a normal DIY CO2 in my aquarium but it runs out pretty fast. So now I mix sugar powder with CMC (carboxy methyl cellulose) which is a gelling agent and sodium polyacrylate which is a drying agent. The above mix should be put in a bottle and then water should be added, shaken well and put aside. In a few hours you'd have sugar gel. Then you can add yeast and some amount of water to it. This would produce CO2. Lasts longer than a normal DIY. Apparatus remains unchanged.

Great video, really liked it. Just one comment about dosing the CO2 through the power head; the nitrifying bacterium is aerobic and usually harboring in the filter, and filter is connected near to power head usually. Pumping CO2 through the filter is not healthy for nitrifying bacterium

so levels of co2 and oxygen are independent of each-other so what you are saying is not correct. co2 can corrode the internal plastic and rubber if used excessively but thats the different issue

Bandhu Khedekar hot water kills the yeast so use warm water or use normal water from tap

Combed Autumn for activation of yeast you don't necessarily required water from aquarium for infusoria you need water from tank yeast can activate in normaotap water I am a hotel management student we usually activate yeast in tap water and even the Co2 of my home is based on tap water

Aquarium & Birds it will work but you risk transferring chlorine and other undesirable nasties from the tap water into your tank, this is why you shouldn't be using tap water

According to plant.. Lowtech plant can grow without co2 even without fertilizer, but high-tech plant need good amount of light co2 dose and fertilizer
