Could it be that I'm in my own way by the way I think and the way I hold myself back from the very things I want? I never comment however this reading was so spot on its crazy. My job has been so challenging because I wont let my boss use me nor disrespect me. Also I stop working extra hours I no longer get paid for since taking my so called promotion.
