Thank you so much. Some serious deception and malice underhanded stuff happened to me on this job I kept trying to give my all too. They fired me on New Year’s Eve over the phone due to a false report and all around lie. I kept getting this feeling of deception, envy, and jealousy. I was always the topic rather good or bad. I stood up for ppl, stayed low key and minded my business never entertained the gossip that continuously went on. All because I didn’t talk to ppl and give them extra attention and energy . I don’t believe my actions were from a place of rudeness, but from survival. I saw how these ppl were and how they felt about me behind my back but I’m supposed to force myself to be extra nice and talk to them daily outside of the job on a personal level? I was so kind and tried so hard to keep going through being thrown to the wolves, purposely not trained and faced challenges without support . I am glad I’m no longer exhausted and under attack, but sad that this happened going in to the new year and at a lost for where to go next
