Since last Thursday, I’ve been thinking that I need to get the money out of a 401(k) that I have through my ex-boss. After working for him for six years, I told him that I was leaving. He’s very emotionally abusive. This was 15 months ago. I haven’t found new full-time employment yet so I’ve already tapped into it once to help pay my rent. its so difficult sometimes to stop ruminating on very hurtful events in the past and hypothetical conversations with that person or people… especially when you are all air (moon sun mercury and rising)… and of course emotional healing would help the situation and help stop the rumination… but its not easy to access that deep emotional space when your moon is in aquarious and the process could be quite long when you constantly intellectualize your feelings… So that being said I really like this advice of focusing in what you want to create, directing your mind towards somewhere good, great, positive… not allowing your mind to direct you towards what is painful negative or a waste of energy… whats passed is passed and thinking about it wont change it… if anything it will envelop you in that sour energy and make you vulnerable to further attacks… definitely take the opportunities for emotional healing when they come, but work on directing your thoughts towards the positive outcomes you want to create in the future.
