I am an Aries sun but an Aquarius rising and after the week I just had I had to come back and listen to all my signs and let me tell ya .. This right here is spot on to what I went through on Wednesday but has been escalating since I moved the department I now work in. Not to write in depth but this situation has been escalated to HR at my place of employment. The worst part is the person I am dealing with (after what they said and calling off the past two days) isn’t taking ownership instead they have called off like this is going to go away by Monday. I have turned my head on certain remarks but what they said pushed a dagger directly into my soul. We will get through this even if he is permanently removed. Thank you for all you Ali ✌🏼❤

Lots of thoughts on this one but to have a big open heart is an incredible thing. The ability to love this way is beautiful. It is a strength. That being said, we all know that healthy boundaries are important & needed & that we should never stay in a relationship that is hurting us or is consistently imbalanced. Sometimes the people that we deal with have wounds that are too deep to be able to accept this kind of love to be able to fully embrace it. Some may project unto you and lash out or some may retreat. But there will be others who will be able to fully lean into it & love the sh*# out of it. It is for us to figure out who is playing which role in our lives. There’s a quote I like that’s kind of fitting with regards to carrying this kind of love/softness. I’m not sure who authored it but it goes “ Gentleness doesn’t mean you are not strong. It just means your strength doesn’t hurt others.”

Not only have I apologized and taken accountability, the situation was blown WAY out of proportion, made out to be much worse than it was and i'm reminded daily how terrible of a person I am for it and has created further delusional accusations which I'm now realizing is projection over the matter they refuse to take accountability for.
