I'm a pretty confident woman. I asked my ex-husband out and I have no problem saying my feelings and being upfront with men as I think they'll pick up on the vibe anyways. Sometimes...as independent women.. i think we can be really intimidating...scary... Empathy i think says we should 'help' sometimes! I really think men have a real hard time making the 1st move...they so so fear rejection.. I really feel men are a lot more fragile than women are emotionally Not sure how social norms developed that men should make this 1st move when they are so much more afraid to be hurt...
