And I have just been through 5 years so Hellish I only know one other person in my life who might have survived it - one of my more martial teachers. All necessary, and filling me daily with all-pervading gratitude - I could even say "bliss" - for the experiences that lead me to this point; the painful ones are as appreciated and recognised in their importance as the others. I'm familiar with the teachings on the highly evolved benevolent Solar Angels or Manasaputa also referred to as the Silent Watcher(s) who answered the call to come to Earth during the 3rd and 4th root race.
